Session length, structure and group size are tailored to what will work best for your teams.
We will provide recommendations based on your goals, delivery method (online or in-person), and the depth of learning required and these decisions are always made with you, not for you.

Yes. All of our training sessions are bespoke as standard. Each session will be adapted to your sector, team structure, culture, lived experiences and desired outcomes.
Whether you need industry-specific scenarios, leadership-focused content, or training linked to your wider EDI strategy, we’ll tailor the session so it’s relevant, engaging and impactful for your people.

Do participants receive materials or resources?
Yes, depending on the organisational needs.
Our proposals can include an optional add on so that participants receive supporting materials such as slides, worksheets, follow-up resources, and learning tools to help embed the content after the session.
We can also provide optional pre-learning or post-learning activities where helpful.
