How does your social impact model work?

Our social impact model reinvests a portion of our revenue into supporting NEET and marginalised individuals into meaningful employment.

This includes employability workshops, skills training, mentoring, and pathways into inclusive employers. We also apply for grants and partner with organisations to expand the reach and depth of our programmes.

Every consultancy or training project helps fund this work, creating tangible community benefit alongside organisational change.

02

Can our organisation partner with you?

Yes. Organisations can partner with us in a number of ways; from sponsoring a cohort or funding specific workshops, to offering work experience opportunities or co-designing community programmes.

Partnerships allow organisations to create real social value while strengthening their internal EDI goals.

We welcome both long-term collaborations and one-off partnerships.

03

How do you choose participants?

We work with local networks, youth services, community groups, employment advisors and referrals to identify individuals who will benefit most from our programmes.

Our priority is to support NEET young people and marginalised individuals facing barriers to employment, ensuring the support reaches those with the greatest need and potential for positive impact.

I would like some support, how do I get in touch?

If you're an individual seeking support, you can email us to be added to the waiting list for our next cohort of participants.

Spaces are limited, but we will review your enquiry and contact you when the next programme becomes available.
