01

Are your training sessions accessible?

Yes. We strive to make all training sessions accessible and inclusive. We can provide live captions, accessible slide formats, dyslexia-friendly materials, low-visual or slide-free delivery, transcript support, and adjustments for different communication needs.

If participants require specific accommodations, we encourage them to let us know in advance so we can adapt the session appropriately.

02

Do you have a safeguarding policy?

Yes. Because we work with NEET and marginalised individuals through our social impact programmes, safeguarding is built into our practice.

We have a safeguarding policy that outlines our responsibilities, reporting procedures and standards for safe working.

This policy can be shared with organisations or participants on request.

03

Is information shared during consultancy kept confidential?

Yes. All information shared with us during consultancy, audits, training or meetings is treated as strictly confidential.

We only use the data you provide to support your agreed EDI objectives.

No information is shared externally unless we have explicit written permission or it is legally required (e.g., safeguarding concerns).

04

What personal data is collected and why?

We only collect personal data that is necessary to deliver our services.

This may include contact details, accessibility needs, session attendance, or feedback.

For consultancy, we may review internal documentation or staff surveys to understand your organisation’s context.

All data is processed securely and used solely for the purposes outlined in your proposal or consent forms. We do not share or sell data to third parties.
