01
What does your consultancy approach look like?
Our consultancy approach follows a tried and tested framework that is fully adaptable to organisations of any size, structure or stage of their EDI journey.
We combine lived experience, actionable recommendations, and evidence-based practice with a clear, supportive process that promotes honesty, reflection and measurable progress.
Your organisation receives guidance that is grounded in theory, shaped by real-world understanding, and aligned to practical outcomes.
02
Will your audits only highlight negatives?
No. Our audits highlight strengths as well as areas for improvement. The purpose of an EDI diagnostic is not to criticise, but to provide a balanced, fair and constructive picture of your current culture, systems and processes.
We recognise that most organisations are already doing positive work, and we build on those foundations while identifying opportunities for growth.
Audits are designed to support learning, not blame.
03
Can our organisation be supported on a long-term basis?
Absolutely. Many organisations choose ongoing support to maintain momentum, track progress and receive continuous guidance.
We offer monthly, quarterly or annual support packages depending on your needs. Long-term work strengthens accountability, ensures recommendations are implemented effectively, and helps embed inclusion sustainably.
04
Are your consultancy packages set, or can we opt for certain elements?
Our packages are completely flexible.
You can choose a structured package or create a bespoke combination of services based on your organisation’s needs, capacity and priorities.
Whether you want a full strategy, a standalone audit, policy review, leadership support or a blend of services, we’ll tailor the offer to fit.
