Do we need to have an estimated budget?
Yes. Having a budget estimate helps us provide a proposal that is realistic, transparent and aligned with your capacity.
It ensures we recommend the right level of support, tailor options appropriately, and avoid presenting solutions that don’t fit your organisational resources.

Do you require a deposit?
For training bookings, yes: we typically request a deposit of 25–50% to secure your session date.
For consultancy projects, deposit requirements vary depending on the project size, timeline and scope.
All deposit terms will be clearly outlined in your proposal before any work begins.
