Creating opportunities & transforming futures
Our consultancy work helps organisations build inclusive workplaces and directly contributes to improving employment opportunities for NEET and marginalised individuals.
Inclusion inside organisations. Opportunity outside them.
Our purpose
DiversitiQ exists to strengthen equity, diversity and inclusion across workplaces and to open real pathways for people who face barriers to employment.
As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we reinvest a portion of our income, alongside specific grant funding, into programmes that support NEET young people and marginalised individuals to build confidence, skills and access meaningful work.
Every organisation we work with fuels this mission.
You’re not just investing in an EDI strategy...
you’re investing in someone’s future.

How consultancy powers community impact
Your organisation plays a direct role in creating social value.
When you commission DiversitiQ for consultancy or training:
A portion of our profits is reinvested into employability and inclusion programmes.
Organisations can opt into partnership packages to sponsor places on programmes or fund skill-building workshops.
You help create stronger, safer, more inclusive opportunities for people who have been historically excluded.
This approach ensures that EDI isn’t just internal policy, it’s a wider contribution to social justice and equity.
