Who are we?
Creating equity inside organisations and opportunities beyond them.
DiversitiQ was founded to bridge two gaps: the gap between EDI intention and EDI action in workplaces, and the gap between marginalised individuals and sustainable employment opportunities.
As a CIC, our work goes further than traditional consultancy. We deliver practical, evidence-based EDI consultancy and training to organisations across the UK and reinvest a percentage of our profits, along with targeted grants, to provide employability support to NEET and marginalised people.
